Nexus Gaming Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and nexus gaming ("we," "us," or "the platform"). Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Using another person's GCash, Maya, or bank account is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension. nexus gaming reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the platform — including but not limited to the use of bots, software exploits, collusion, or any other unfair advantage — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. nexus gaming reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with such activity.

nexus gaming may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by its own specific terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, validity period, and minimum qualifying amounts.

Promotional terms will be published when an offer is active. In the absence of a current published promotion, nexus gaming makes no representation regarding specific bonus percentages, cashback amounts, or other reward values. Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

Attempting to abuse promotions — including creating duplicate accounts, exploiting bonus structures, or any form of bonus manipulation — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account action including the voiding of associated winnings.
